Aug 21, 2016 · I have been thinking about the best hero class in HOMM3. Generally, it seems like it will be might class hero. The factors will be: 1-) primary skills, 2-) secondary skills 3-) starting skills + specialty. However, since specialty and starting skills can vary a lot, and can also be edited from map editor, maybe we can ignore that third factor. Combat strategies for Rampart armies mainly consist of attack, and protection spells such as anti-magic and protection from F, W, A, E doesn’t count for much if you have Unicorns or Dwarves. Rampart troops are more suited to battles against Dungeon, Necropolis & Tower towns, but used well they can also cause trouble for military based towns The four heroes, Gem, Gelu, Yog and Crag Hack, learn that they have been duped, or that forces are moving against the innocent people of Erathia, Krewlod and AvLee.
